DATE CHANGE: In accordance with ESSA Section 1117, De Leon ISD will be hosting a meeting at 8:30 AM on Monday, June 17, 2024 for any Private Non-profit (PNP) school administrators that would like to participate with De Leon ISD to provide eligible children with federal program services or other benefits that are equitable to those provided to eligible public-school children. The Bearcats Esports teams have performed outstandingly well in the TexSEF Esports season. They went against 73 other schools in the league and successfully made it to the championship. The championship was held May 3rd-4th at Fiesta Texas in San Antonio. It was not an easy journey for the team members as they faced some tough competition this season. However, their hard work and determination paid off, and they earned the opportunity to compete at state. The Bearcats represented DeLeon ISD well and ended up placing 5th amongst them all.
Congrats to Andrew Coan, Mathieu Gore, Jasmin Hernandez Soto, Maria Hernandez Soto, Heston Jobe, Weston Locke, Daniel Perez, Anna Rasberry, Wyatt Rasberry, Lindsi Sherrard, and Brock White on having perfect attendance for the 23-24 school year!!!
