fccla socks for scholars flyer

This year FCCLA and We Help Two are “Helping Students Put Their Best Foot Forward!”

In Uganda, public school classes often overflow with 70 to 150 students per teacher, leading to a challenging learning environment, especially for girls who face disproportionate discrimination in education. Compounding this issue is the prevalent problem of teacher absenteeism, as many educators take on additional jobs due to low and delayed pay, leaving classrooms without proper support. To address these critical challenges, We Help Two’s student sponsorship program collaborates with schools, organizations, and individuals to raise funds that enable children to attend high-quality private schools. Through this initiative, students not only gain access to an exceptional education but also receive nutritious meals and new uniforms, empowering them for a brighter future.

Each pair (or pack) of socks purchased helps our local FCCLA chapter as well as students in Uganda. In addition, for every 2 pairs sold, a pair is donated to those in need.

To purchase socks in person, stop by Miss Auvenshine’s room during tutorials, passing periods, or right after school.

Single pairs $6

3-Pack $15
