Last night, seventeen high school Gifted and Talented students presented their yearly projects to their parents, teachers, and the public at the first ever
Dancing Through The Decades Gala. Each booth spanned a 10 to 20 year period of American History beginning in the 1770s and ending in the 2010s. Students worked hard all year with Ms. Dyson to research and bring their chosen decades to life. They created a tri-fold board and brochure from their decade and then also dressed up from their chosen time period and brought a snack from their era as well. Overall it was like they stepped right out of history to share everything they have learned with attendees.
