DHS FCCLA Has Partnered with ''We Help Two'' to Sell Funky Socks!

This year De Leon High School FCCLA has partnered with We Help Two to sell funky socks! Not only are these socks fun, cute, and comfy- they help give back to those in need.

We will be donating a portion of our proceeds to Water for Africa, which is a project that helps fund water wells in African villages.
40% of Sub-Saharan Africa is without access to clean water.
In Africa, every 20 seconds a child dies from lack of access to clean water.
Women and children spend up to 60% of each day walking to collect water, which may not even be clean.
Water for Africa's project has become a lifeline for the communities and reduces the risk of waterborne illness. It also allows children more time to get an education, since they don't have to spend so much time walking for access to water.

In addition, for every 2 packs of socks sold, we are given a pack to donate to someone in our community in need.
